This is not a government office. Pierce County Warrant Records cannot confirm a warrant, recall process, post bond, arrange surrender, or give legal advice. Use the official offices below for those questions.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Choose the office by the question, not just by the word “warrant.” The County Court controls many traffic, ordinance, infraction, misdemeanor, preliminary-hearing, and extradition records. The District Court Clerk handles district-level process. The Sheriff answers service, jail, custody, and booking questions.
- County Court status: call (402) 329-6245 or use the official County Court page.
- District Court process: call the Clerk of the District Court at (402) 329-4335 or use the clerk page.
- Sheriff service or custody: call (402) 329-6346 or use the Sheriff's Office page.
- Public-record routing: send a specific request to the department in charge, or ask the County Clerk to forward it.
Do not assume the County Attorney, a city office, or a payment portal can recall a court warrant.
Verified Pierce County Contacts

The Nebraska Judicial Branch County Court profile shows an 8:00 a.m. opening, so confirm current counter hours before traveling.
The Sheriff page lists pierce.countyso@piercecountyne.gov. The County Court page lists kristina.sehi@nejudicial.gov, and the District Court Clerk page lists vickie.prince@nejudicial.gov.
Records Request Route
Pierce County's Freedom of Information instructions say to send a request to the department in charge. If the requester does not know the custodian, the County Clerk can forward it. Describe the exact record, case or citation number, full name, approximate year, date range, and preferred inspection or copy format.
The county says a purpose statement is not required and that actual material costs may apply. Ask for an estimate before copies are made. A request can seek a case register, warrant or failure-to-appear order, recall, return, or payment record. It cannot force a judge to recall process and may not produce real-time status.
Before You Call
Have the paper, case number, citation number, court, approximate year, and the question you need answered. Do not send a Social Security number or card details to an unsolicited caller. Nebraska courts warn that they do not serve arrest warrants or demand immediate payment by phone, text, or email. Verify a number on an official county or Judicial Branch page first.
